Shipping.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping information. I primarily use Parcel Force’s Track & Trace service. If you prefer a different courier, please let me know. Currently shipping only to UK.
Tracking & Delivery.
Artwork is shipped within 3 days of purchase, and you will receive a tracking email as soon as it dispatched. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.
Return Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the artwork is not quite right for your space, I offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Refunds: Once the artwork is received and inspected, a full refund for the item (excluding initial shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.
Eligibility: You must notify me within 7 days of receiving the piece to request a return.
Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. I strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service, as refunds cannot be processed for items lost or damaged in transit.

The artwork will be securely packed. Please see the examples below.
Commissions & Custom Work
Commissioned pieces are custom-made specifically for you, and therefore follow a tailored process and policy:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins to cover initial design time and materials.
- Approval Process: You will receive photos and updates throughout the creation process to ensure you are happy with the direction before the final balance is paid and the piece is shipped.
- Final Sale: Once completed and approved, all commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable.
